Formal Marketing Campaign Launched - 22 JULY 2011.
Development partner sought to maximise the extraordinary development, business and investment potential of the 14 hectare (34.50 acre) Royal Albert Dock, in the Royal Docks, London.

28.09.2011 The LDA has received a number of requests from developers and investors who may not wish to complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire individually, but who are seeking to partner with other interested parties. Further information is available on the Partnering webpage.
17.10.2011 The deadline for receipt of Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ's) has been moved to 2:00pm (GMT) on 28 November 2011. The deadline for receipt of hard copy submissions is 12 noon (GMT) on 30 November 2011.

The regeneration of the Royal Docks is an absolute priority for the Mayors of London and Newham who are streamlining processes and working with private sector partners to accelerate development, business and infrastructure investment.

The Royal Docks as a whole covers approximately 122 hectares (300 acres) and is London's last major regeneration opportunity. The area has been granted Enterprise Zone (EZ) status subject to further UK Government approval.

As the first stage of the (OJEU) marketing campaign responses are being sought from interested parties in the form of a completed PQQ Questionnaire. A Memorandum of Information (MOI) has been prepared which provides all supporting information for a PQQ response, and this is available in the Data Room. A marketing campaign is also currently being undertaken for another major development site in the Royal Docks - Silvertown Quays.
